The Graduate Trainee – Product Development is responsible for executing the sample development process (costing/sampling) for assigned styles. This includes the timely submission of costings, samples, and T&A plans to maximize profitability in close coordination with cross-functional internal teams.

Responsibilities

Liaise with team for developing full costings as per customer/category and PLM activities
Plan development of the garment sample based on tech pack specifications, RM ordering, timelines, etc
Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for costing/sample development and RM ordering as per customer requirements
Collaborate with internal teams and customers for costing/sampling/RM approvals, including documentation and handover requirements to the Bulk team
Adhere to process implementations as per business requirements

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Designing/Clothing Technology or any other relevant stream
Possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills as well as a positive and problem-solving attitude
Fluency in English communication is essential
