In line with our rapid expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and results-driven individual to fill the following position immediately.
Position Available: EXECUTIVE – EXPORTS (SENIOR)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute export strategies to drive sales growth in existing and new markets.
- Manage end-to-end export operations including documentation, shipping logistics, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and key customers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal team production, logistics, finance, and quality assurance to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor export performance, prepare sales forecasts, and present periodic reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with international quality standards, customs regulations, and country-specific import requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Bachelor’s degree in international business.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in exports, preferably within FMCG or food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, shipping procedures, and international trade regulations.
- Proven experience managing overseas customers and driving export sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
