Executive – Internal Audit – Colombo

We are looking for a suitable candidate for the above position to provide a reasonable assurance over the effectiveness & the consistency of the internal controls & risk management mechanisms adopted by the process/Risk owners of LOLC Group.

The Person

Age below 30 years.
A degree from a recognized university/full or part qualification in CIMA (UK), Charted Accountancy/ any other finance, internal auditing related qualification.
Internal audit experience in one of the leading audit firms or finance sector would be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and report writing skills in English are essential.
Should be conversant in Microsoft Office Packages.
Applicants with a flair to perform field based assignments and meet customers are preferred.
The ability to work in a team.
Should be a proactive, self-motivated and target oriented personality.

The Job

Conducting audits on processes and branches to identify control and process weaknesses.
Preparation of audit reports to present the audit findings identified during the reviews conducted.
Conduct investigations when required.
Propose process enhancements during reviews for process optimization.
