LECTURER/ASSISTANT LECTURER – BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and workshops
- Develop and update course materials aligned with industry trends
- Prepare assignments, assessments, and examination papers
- Mark assignments and exams within stipulated timelines
- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and student support
- Supervise student research, theses, and dissertations
- Conduct research and contribute to publications and conferences
- Collaborate on research projects and grant proposals
- Participating in curriculum development and academic committees
- Engage in professional development activities
- Foster a positive and ethical learning environment
- Contribute to institutional academic and service activitie
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Master’s Degree (Level 10) with at least 1 year of relevant experience
OR - A 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management (First Class / Second Class Upper) with experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree (Second Class Lower) with relevant experience
- A 3-year degree with Second Class Upper in a relevant field with experience
