Management Trainee – Production
We are seeking energetic, committed, and career-oriented Management Trainees – Production to be developed into future production leaders within our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undergo structured on-the-job training in production planning and operations.
- Assist in daily production activities to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Learn and support manpower planning, line balancing, and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Monitor production performance, safety, and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and cost reduction projects.
- Coordinate with IE, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams during training rotations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Production Management, Operation Management, Industrial
- Engineering, Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a factory environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel knowledge will be an added advantage).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
