HR Officer (Rathupaswala Factory)
We are looking for an energetic and hardworking individual to monitor and facilitate knowledge acquisition and reporting on the effectiveness of the programs and interventions, accomplishing the long-term skills development objectives of the company.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who can gain hands-on experience and grow with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and monitor knowledge acquisition programs.
- Analyze the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations.
- Work with management to align training with company goals.
- Ensure proper documentation and communication regarding training activities.
Requirements:
- Passed G.C.E. A/L in Commerce, Mathematics, or Science.
- Diploma-level qualification in Administration or HR from a recognized institution.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A pleasing personality with leadership and PR skills.
- Age below 30 years.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage.
