Responsibilities
- Plan and executive online marketing activities including Web, Social Media, demand generation, leads generation.
- Tracking the effectiveness of various campaigns and course-correcting as required.
- Design build and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Weekly / monthly performance reports and internal system updates.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Evaluate emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- A degree in digital marketing or an equivalent qualification.
- A qualification in Digital Marketing would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads and Facebook campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website and app analytics tools.
- Experience in the travel & hospitality industry would be an added advantage.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite would be an added advantage.
- Skills and experience in creative content writing.
