Cyber Security Internship Job Vacancies Description

• Providing technical support for existing security solution customers and maintaining the SLAs.
• Provide L1, L2 support for customers on 24×7 basis and maintain records of each of the support tickets.
• Attend and resolve any SR/Incident tickets assigned.
• Support team leads and engineers in project deployments.
• Undertake any other related task as assigned by the engineers.

Person Specification

• Undergraduate in Cyber Security or related field
• Basic Knowledge of Networking & Security Concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
