Child Action Lankа (CAL) is a Sri Lanka based charity established in 2006, dedicated to safeguarding and uplifting
vulnerable children through a holistic, community-centred approach. With operations spanning eight child
development centres across the island, CAL supports over 1,500 children through initiatives in education, health,
nutrition, and child protection, while also extending aid to women’s empowerment and wider community well-being.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Higher Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Preschool or Montessori
- 2-3 years of experience working in a Montessori / Preschool
- Good command of English and Computer literacy
