Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Chartered Engineer located in Kandy. The Chartered Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and providing technical guidance and expertise. The role involves day-to-day project coordination, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. The Chartered Engineer will collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification as a Chartered Engineer
- Solid experience in construction project management for more than 10 Years with not less than 08 years in building construction projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
