Graduate Trainee – Planning

The Graduate Trainee – Planning is responsible for leading effective execution of Product Development for the assigned categories. The role includes accurate forecasting of customer orders, driving the sample development process, order costing/negotiations with customers, and liaising with internal teams/customers for achievement of the topline, profitability, OTD, and CRI objectives.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and scheduling the pre-production activities to ensure optimized utilization of capacity and on time customer delivery
- Responsible for deployment of pre-production plan, monitoring execution and issue resolution
- Responsible for performance to plan in assigned customer units
Qualifications
- A Degree in Physical Science, Mathematics, Statistics Clothing Technology from a recognized university
- CIMA Qualification will be an added advantage
- Good team player with excellent communication skills
- Sound MS Excel knowledge
