The Role
- Achieve and sustain branch profitability and business growth.
- Initiate, implement timely and effective measures to achieve Business budget (Lending, Collections & Deposits).
- Market all financial products and services of LOLC Finance and conduct promotional activities.
- Ensure effective credit evaluation in the branch and approve facilities within the delegated authority limits.
- Ensure continuous growth and enhance quality of client portfolio.
- Ensure compliance to all laid down procedures and controls (including dual controls) applicable to branch.
- Maintain a good relationship with business partners, business introducers, other financial institutions in the area and service providers.
- Recruit, Train motivate and lead a team of young individuals towards ultimate objectives of the branch.
The Profile
- Age below 40 years.
- Minimum of 05 years’ experience in marketing operation in the finance industry.
- Performance driven and result oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to be based in the selected location.
- A Degree/Diploma in marketing or an equivalent academic qualification will be an added advantage.
