DAMRO, one of the leading business conglomerates in Sri Lanka seeks to recruit dynamic and self-motivated individuals for the following position.
Audit Clerks ( Anuradhapura, Kaluthara )
Requirements:
- G.C.E (A/L) qualification in commerce subjects.
- Part qualification in accountancy (AAT or equivalent).
- Minimum one year of experience in Auditing.
- Below 26 years of age.
- Permanent residents within 30 km from the above mentioned areas.
Total earnings will not be less than Rs.50,000 per month.
Helping auditors and accountants prepare and review financial records and reports is the responsibility of an audit clerk. In this position, you will be required to ensure that internal control procedures are being followed, maintain and organize financial records, reconcile accounts, and verify the accuracy of financial documents. Aside from preparing audit reports, audit clerks also assist in finding inconsistencies and making recommendations for ways to increase operational and financial efficiency. The ability to use accounting software well, pay close attention to detail, and possess strong analytical abilities are prerequisites for this role.
