ASSOCIATE-QUALITY ASSURANCE (KADUGANNAWA FACTORY)

CAREER PROFILE

Implement company ISO requirements across the factories especially on floor-level basis
Coordinate with RM stores and other departments as necessary to resolve quality related issues
Visit factories on regular basis and carry out audits on the Quality System, Processes and Products
Produce necessary audit reports where the audits are conducted
Coordinate with factory Supervisors and Employees to identify day to day quality problems
Analyze Quality issues, finder root causes and take corrective actions
Implement the decisions taken in Quality Meetings for Customer Complaints and Non-Conformities
Ensure Operational Quality in outsourced productions

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Completed or reading a Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Material Science or any other equivalent qualifications.
01 year experience in similar capacity would be an added advantage
Effective problem solving and decision-making skills
Effective time management skills
Effective verbal & written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office package
