Assistant Manager – Supply Chain Excellence

Key purpose of the Job

Supply Chain Excellence oversees the implementation of Supply Chain Excellence initiatives within the Key Accounts Group (KAG), focusing on KPI enablement, process excellence, SWORD initiatives, system implementation, and supply chain risk mitigation. The role includes leading functional initiatives like the MRP process and Sample RM sourcing, while managing a team of Supply Chain Excellence executives. Additionally, the job holder ensures compliance with the organization’s Health & Safety guidelines. The position is integral to maintaining outsourced process stability, facilitating SPM, and driving governance and LRP projects within the Key Accounts Group.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deploy SC Excellence (SCE) objectives and action plans, based on Group SCE objectives, Key Accounts Group functional KPIs, etc.
Drive implementation of KPI enablement, process excellence and supply (for example, SPM facilitation, SC risk mitigation) projects in the Key Accounts Group.
Lead system implementation, SWORD initiatives, governance, LRP projects and assigned functional initiatives in the Key Accounts Group.
Collaborate with the internal and external stakeholders for achievement of the functional objectives.
Lead and manage the SC Excellence team.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Textile technology or Materials Management or Business Administration or any other relevant stream.

Experience

5 to 6+ years of relevant experience.
good knowledge of the SC processes.
