We are looking for self-motivated and dynamic team players to join our team as an Assistant Manager for our showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily store operations and ensuring the store runs efficiently.
• Monitoring product movement and managing inventory and stock.
• Leading and inspiring the team to provide exceptional customer service and drive store sales.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring the store is always visually appealing.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of in-store promotions to achieve sales targets.
• Driving and maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
• Engaging in building the next generation of leaders by providing necessary training and development opportunities, enhancing their skills and knowledge.

Candidate Profile

• A degree or diploma in Retail management, Business administration, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
• Those with relevant experience in the retail industry and a sound knowledge of fashionable clothing and accessories are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A minimum of 3 years of retail management experience. (preferably in fashion)
• Passionate about fashion and customer service.
• Age less than 40 years.
• Willing to work long hours and on weekends.
