We are on the lookout for enthusiastic, dynamic and
hardworking individuals to be a part of our team for below mentioned position.

The selected candidate will be responsible for,

• Actively engaged in marketing, promoting and canvassing fixed deposits and savings products to existing and new clients.
• Identify new market segments for new deposits and have the ability to direct and motivate fund mobilization staff.
• Be able to manage deposit portfolio and procure funds from high net worth clients and from general public.
  Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective fund mobilizing opportunities.
• Meet assigned targets and fund mobilizing volume to ensure the profitability of the branch.
• Creating, maintaining and managing strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Passed G.C.E OLS and ALS.
• Proven track record of 02-03 years’ experience in the Marketing/field sales/fund mobilizing banking/financial/insurance industry.
• Communication skills in English and Sinhala (both written and oral) and good negotiation skills.
• Full/part qualification in Marketing (CIM/SLIM) or Banking would be an added advantage.
• Literacy in MS office packages.
