We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team.

ASSISTANT MANAGER – STORES – MATARA

Roles and responsibilities:

Effectively manage General Stores, Kitchen Stores & Lab Stores of the hospital.
Coordinate closely with the Procurement Department to ensure efficient Stores operations, supporting uninterrupted and effective hospital services.
Management of inventory at optimum level.
Maintenance of records and submitting reports to the management.
Minimize stock holding and stockout costs.
Coordinate with Finance Manager and continuously monitor, update and refine the process to improve efficiency and quality.

Experience, qualifications & skills:

Degree / Diploma or a professional qualification in Business Management / Supply Chain Management or related field from a recognized institute.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a reputed organization.
Excellent communication skills and practical knowledge in MS office package.
The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and take challenges with a positive attitude
High degree of reliability, professionalism, and integrity
Age below 40 years
