Job Scope
Carry out graphic designing and specific tasks under the guidance and supervision of the Creative Multimedia Officer
of the division to ensure alignment with the organization’s creative standards and objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Carry out tasks under the guidance and supervision of the Creative Multimedia Officer to ensure alignment with the organization’s creative standards and objectives.
- Design and develop all required graphic and multimedia content for various projects.
- Conceptualize and create engaging content such as social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and
promotional materials. - Assist in report preparation by handling typesetting (English/Sinhala) design and layout
- Coordinate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and ensure creative expectations are met.
- Provide expert design guidance to align with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Prepare artwork for print and digital platforms, ensuring high-quality output.
- Check designs for errors and make necessary corrections before finalizing.
- Develop initial rough drafts and refine them based on feedback.
- Manage and maintain creative assets, including images, videos and templates
- Generate, edit and publish social media content, including test, images and videos.
