Abans Management Trainee Programme
This program is intended to give opportunities to young graduates, who are willing to go well beyond bound- aries and strive for excellence and to develop their talent to become the leaders in different verticals of the business. This will be a 12-month comprehensive learning journey blended with hands-on experience in business operation. This experience will help you to have holistic view of the business whilst enhancing your potential and shaping your career.
Who can join us?
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum Second-Class Upper division OR equivalent Professional Qualification
- Track record of Extra-Curricular activities
- Internship experience will be an added advantage
- Positive and vibrant personality with a knack to lead
- Age below 25
