TRAINEE – BUSINESS STRATEGY
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on diverse subject matters, industries, and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Generate and present innovative ideas for both new and existing business developments.
- Assist group subsidiaries in initiating strategies to expand their existing markets through product and service improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate research insights into actionable strategies.
- Develop detailed reports, presentations, and proposals to support decision-making.
Ideal Candidate
- A self-starter with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for research.
- Highly digital-savvy with a proven ability to leverage online tools, platforms, and technologies for research and analysis.
- Up-to-date with global trends, emerging markets, and innovations in business.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- A team player with the ability to work independently and proactively contribute to business strategy.
Qualifications
- A degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Candidates who are partly/fully qualified in CIMA are preferred.
- Completion of G.C.E. Advanced Level in the Mathematics stream will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in research (emphasis in online research), analysis, and business development is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a MUST.
