CALLING FOR APPLICATIONS FOR PANEL LAWYERS
Applications are invited from Attorney’s at-Law who are having Notary license to practice in Sinhala/Tamil and English Languages.
The eligible candidate should possess:
Attorney-at-Law Notarial License with not less than 10 years experience in the Civil Courts and Notarial work (English & Sinhala/Tamil).
Description of Work:
Litigation:

Drafting and filing legal action and other pleadings in the Civil courts of first instance and Appellate courts

Appearance in Civil courts of first instance and Appellate courts
-
Conducting Trials, Ex-parte Trials and Inquiries
-
Representing the bank in all legal matters
Notary Practice:
- Conducting title searches at various Land Registries
- Preparing Title Reports and Pedigrees
- Drafting, Executing and Registration of Deeds at various Land
- Registries Attending all matters related to Land Registries
General Conditions:
- The Bank itself reserves the right to accept or reject any application for registration without assigning reasons.
- Closing date for applications: 13.08.2024
Those who have already been enrolled with the bank will also be required to reapply.
