Officer – Merchant Acquiring
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the Point of Sale (POS) inventory and have the updated records as and when required by the management.
- Manage Profile creations and Vendor coordination on terminal repairs etc.
- Coordination with branches on new POS / Mobile Point of Sale (MPOS) inquiries.
- Monitor card transactional data (POS Related) on daily basis and take necessary actions to have NIL losses to all stakeholders.
- Liaise with operational teams to support inquiries and resolve on timely manner.
The Person
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in banking with exposure to Merchant Acquiring related functions.
- Full or part professional qualification in Banking/Finance from a recognized university/institution will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships.
- Previous experience in new product developments will be an added advantage.
