Officer – Merchant Acquiring

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the Point of Sale (POS) inventory and have the updated records as and when required by the management.
• Manage Profile creations and Vendor coordination on terminal repairs etc.
• Coordination with branches on new POS / Mobile Point of Sale (MPOS) inquiries.
• Monitor card transactional data (POS Related) on daily basis and take necessary actions to have NIL losses to all stakeholders.
• Liaise with operational teams to support inquiries and resolve on timely manner.

The Person

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in banking with exposure to Merchant Acquiring related functions.
• Full or part professional qualification in Banking/Finance from a recognized university/institution will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain business relationships.
• Previous experience in new product developments will be an added advantage.
