JOB PROFILE

Implement and manage comprehensive physical and electronic security protocols across all assigned branches.
Coordinate effectively with law enforcement and external agencies to ensure secure, uninterrupted operational functions.
Ensure 100% serviceability of CCTV, alarms, access control, and fire-fighting equipment through proactive maintenance.
Supervise and optimize the efficiency of outsourced security personnel to maintain high standards of discipline at all bank locations.
Maintain the flexibility to work extended hours or on a shift basis as dictated by the bank’s operational needs.

APPLICANT’S PROFILE

Retired Commissioned Officers with the rank of Major (Army), Lieutenant Commander (Navy), Squadron Leader (Air Force), or Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) or above.
Minimum of 20 years of service experience, with age not exceeding 45 years.
Military officers: PSC/LSC or an equivalent recognized degree, supplemented by YO, JC, and SC courses.
Police officers: Recognized degree, supplemented by specialized training in criminal and financial fraud investigation.
Diploma in Hardware, Networking, or Electronics from a reputed institution.
At least 5 years of hands-on technical/IT experience.
Sound knowledge of occupational safety protocols.
Strong communication skills with fluency in English (oral and written).
Preference for candidates with experience in financial or corporate security.
Proven ability to manage advanced electronic surveillance systems.
