For Undergraduates:

Age: Up to 24 years.
Undergraduates from a local or foreign university

For School Leavers:

Age: between 19 – 23 years.
Should pass the G.C.E. O/L Examination with minimum of six (06) credit passes including Mathematics & English.
Pending A/L results.

Candidate Profile

A passion for learning and innovation.
Good command of English & Sinhala Languages
Good Interpersonal skills
Competency in MS applications including MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
Having a Banking-related qualification will be an added advantage
