CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER – WEALTH MANAGEMENT

The position offers a dynamic opportunity to shape the future of Sampath Bank Wealth Management, while simultaneously delivering inimitable value to a high nett-worth clientele, including individuals, institutions, and trusts.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• A Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred
• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Wealth Management or Financial Advisory roles, including at least five (05) years in a Senior Leadership position
• The required technical skills include proficiency in financial tools (Bloomberg Terminal, Microsoft Excel etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and wealth management operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide the leadership to build and manage a high-performance team
• Pivot on the right business strategy to develop and execute long-term strategies
• Establish sound client relations, in order to nurture relationships with all stakeholders
• Provide the correct financial oversight to prepare, manage, and monitor budgets to meet or exceed financial targets, ensuring profitability
• Ensure compliance via adherence to all regulatory frameworks

The Chief Executive Officer of Wealth Management will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth of the entity, while ensuring exceptional service delivery to high nett-worth clients, institutions, and trusts. This role demands strong leadership to manage a multidisciplinary team, oversee financial and operational strategies, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
