Regional Development Bank, as the premier state-owned development bank in Sri Lanka with a network of 272 branches islandwide, invites applications from experienced professionals with relevant qualifications and exceptional leadership skills for the following post.

GENERAL MANAGER / CEO

Key Requirements:

• Should have one of the following qualifications :
  1. a degree from a recognized University with a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
  ог
  2. a professional qualification in banking or any other relevant field. Should have ten years’ experience in Banking at Senior Management level.
• Possess strong competencies in development banking, banking operations, credit risk management, financial and marketing aspects of banking business.
• Possess excellent people management and leadership skills.
• Age below 57 years

The selected candidate will be provided with an attractive salary and other benefits commensurate with industry standards.
