The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, fostering strong relationships with business units, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives. This role requires good understanding of project management concepts and competence in applying necessary tools/techniques appropriately to empower teams, eliminate waste, and ensure the quality of project outcomes.

Eligibility requirement to join as Peoples Bank Project Manager

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets and drive the projects according to the agreed plans.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with all business units to understand their needs and requirements.
Lead execution and follow-up of cross-functional programs, projects, and initiatives.
Act on feedback to drive continuous improvement and value delivery.
Ensure organizational processes and procedures are followed consistently.
Proactively report progress to identified steering committees and communicate results to stakeholders.
Identify project risks, dependencies, risk management and mitigation strategies in collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
Provide regular project status reports, updates and other required artifacts to the Project
Management Office (PMO) to ensure alignment with organizational standards.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT FOR JOIN Peoples Bank Project Manager

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
Should possess one of the following certificates/qualifications.
- Project Management Professional certification offered by Project Management Institute, Inc. USA
- Projects IN Controlled Environments (Prince 2) certification UK
- Completion of Project Management Professional training offered by Project Management Institute, Inc. USA
- Master’s degree in Project Management awarded by a recognized University
3 – 4 years of experience in Project Management or coordination, preferably in full project lifecycles.
Positive attitude and a “can-do” mindset.
Exposure to banking operations is a plus.
Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management models and frameworks.
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, etc.
Proven ability to prioritize, negotiate, and resolve conflicts across multiple initiatives.
Project management certification will be an added advantage.
Experience in digitization and application transformation projects is highly valued.
Software design and development experience is a plus.
