Job Profile:

• Conduct the pre- and post-disbursement facility review process in accordance with the Board-approved policy.
• Timely review of credit-related policies to align with the latest regulatory guidelines and changes in the operating environment.
• Monitor casual excesses and review credit facilities.
• Prepare segment, client, and product portfolio analyses.
• Effectively implement the Social and Environmental Management System (SEMS).
• Monitor risk goals and prepare a risk dashboard.
• Review borrower risk rating models.
• Submit CRIB data to the Bureau promptly.
• Prepare management reports related to credit risk.
• Conduct stress testing analyses and sample checks of customers classified as SICR (Significant Increase in Credit Risk) periodically.
• Assist the Head of Credit Risk in conducting Board Committee meetings and other relevant management meetings.

Candidate Criteria:

• Full or part qualification in Banking or a relevant professional qualification in credit.
• Qualification/s related to Risk Management would be advantageous.
• A minimum of 4-5 years of work experience in the commercial banking industry, with 2-3 years in a similar context or credit management.
• Must be a team player with communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to think innovatively, along with skills in planning and execution.
• Ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
