THE JOB
Due to business expansion, NDB Bank is currently looking for Collections Associates, for our SME Collections and Recoveries Unit. Collections Associates are required to use negotiation skills & carryout field visits to recover delinquent payments whilst providing the best service to fulfill our clients’ needs.
THE PERSON
- Should possess part qualification in Banking Finance or any other related field
- Ability to deal effectively and professionally in a rapidly changing and fast paced environment
- Must be highly motivated, with a superior level of initiative with strong negotiation / interpersonal and communication skills
- Be a committed team player in achieving common business goals
- Should be courteous, patient, and solutions focused with customers
- Selected candidate should be stationed in the respective Regional office
- Ability to work independently and willing to travel to any part of the country
- The individual must have readiness to engage in fieldwork
- Work experience in the relevant field & having a motor bike with a valid riding license will be an added advantage.
