Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka & Finance PLC (MBSL), a well-established Financial Institution and a subsidiary of Bank of Ceylon is looking for dynamic and result-oriented individuals to join our team for the above post.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market financial products including Leasing, Personal Loans, and Term Loans.
- Ensure high-quality credit portfolio with consistent net growth.
- Maintain a 100% collection ratio throughout the year.
- Uphold professionalism in all interactions.
What we are looking for, Minimum Criteria
- Posses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of current market conditions and competitors.
- Maintains a high level of integrity and professionalism, and collaborates effectively with others to advance shared organizational priorities.
- Degree / Post graduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- GCE (A/L) Examination with 3 passes with 1 years’ relevant experience OR
- GCE (O/L) Examination with 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Possess a valid riding license.
