RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day operations and meet Gold loan targets. Accurately identify, evaluate, and verify the authenticity of Gold items and customers.
- Ensure the security of all Gold items at the branch.
- Safeguard Gold stock and ensure timely recovery follow-ups.
PROFILE
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Gold loan operations.
- In-depth knowledge of Gold valuation and loan processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Effective team player with marketing skills for acquiring new customers.
