Walk in Interview | Junior / Senior Sales Associates | Personal Loan / Leasing / Credit Cards (Fixed Term Contract/Outsourced)
The Job
- Generating effective sales leads for HNB’s dynamic product portfolio of Leasing, Personal Loans and Credit Cards
Requirements
- Should have passed the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination
- Minimum ‘C’ pass for English language in O/L examination
- Full/part professional qualification in Marketing (CIM/SLIM) would be an added advantage
- Age between 21 – 25 years
- All-rounders who have taken part in sports/extra curricular activities at school will be given priority
- A minimum of one year experience in sales at a bank or a financial institution preferred
Competencies
- Self-motivated, organized, efficient and outgoing individuals with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet relevant deadlines in achieving sales targets
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships with high net worth individuals and corporate clients
- Willingness to visit customers and canvass business
- A good command of English language, both written and spoken is necessary
