Job Profile:

Assist Relationship Manager in Managing client relationships and establishing new corporate relationships
Attend client visits, pre-credit evaluations & post credit monitoring, preparation of memorandums and carry out day-to-day operations
Preparation of Credit proposals
Strengthen existing key revenue-generating relationships
Proactively resolve possible issues related to credit risk and advise/recommend remedial actions
Periodically evaluate cash flow projections and carry out all functions related to impairments

Candidate Prerequisites:

Full/part qualification in Banking or Diploma in Credit Management from IBSL Bachelors degree in Business/Finance will be an added advantage
Minimum of 02-03 years of experience in a commercial bank in a similar job role
Knowledge of Banking Operations and Credit
Be familiar with Financial Analysis
Should possess good communication, report writing, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Must have strong relationship-building and relationship-management skills
Possess a fair knowledge of the industry and a flair for marketing
