The Junior Consumer Care Agent Job Vacancies in Rathmalana?
- Provide exceptional service to ‘Cargills Online’ and group call center customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently handle consumer orders, returns, and operational requests.
- Promptly address and resolve consumer requests & complaints with professionalism.
- Build trust-based relationships by understanding consumer needs and obtaining feedback to make improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality & accurate consumer records.
- Work collaboratively across with other teams.
- Go the extra mile an exceed customer expectations to deliver delightful experiences, create moments of happiness in order to keep consumers satisfied.
Is This You?
- Passionate about Sri Lanka; you’re committed to making a positive impact for our Country and its people.
- Completed GCE Ordinary Level (OLs) and Advanced Level (ALs). (School leavers are encouraged to apply.)
- Should be able to work on a shift/roster basis with 2 days off per week (which includes weekends).
- Good IT literacy skills (MS Office package & Microsoft 365 applications)
- Genuine passion for consumer assistance and satisfaction
- Good written and verbal communication skills in at least two languages (English, Sinhala, Tamil).
- Able to work in person from the Consumer Care Call Center in Rathmalana
- Demonstrate positive behavioral skills of Cargills Values: Customer Centric, Accountable, Respect, Green, Innovative, Love, Lead & Serve the Nation.
