You should ideally,

• pursuing or holding a degree in IT, Management, or an equivalent qualification
• have a strong willingness to learn and grow in a tech environment
• have a tech-savvy, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset
• have strong communication and documentation skills, and be a proactive team player

You will be mainly responsible for;

• troubleshooting technical issues and offering both workaround and permanent solutions
• providing technical support to business teams across various departments
• assisting with documentation related to patch application processes and approvals
• contributing to small projects or initiatives that enhance IT and business operations

Candidates should preferably have exposure in all above mentioned areas, however exposure in any one of the mentioned areas will also be considered for selection.
