We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to manage the complete employee exit process, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee exit process, including clearances and system access deactivation
- Prepare and submit exit-related reports and payroll inputs on time
- Maintain resignation data and logs in HRIS
- Conduct exit interviews and document reasons for separation
- Issue all exit-related staff letters promptly
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor law
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar HR role
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS
- PQHRM qualification (full or part) or equivalent Diploma/Degree
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Knowledge of labor law is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office
- Positive, proactive team player
- Colombo-based candidates preferred
