EXECUTIVE – FIXED DEPOSITS (DIRECT PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure service excellence at all times.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Promote Fixed Deposit products and expand the customer base.
- Manage FD maturities, renewals, and portfolio growth
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare performance reports.
Qualifications
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.
- Certificate/Diploma in Marketing or a related field. (added advantage).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
Preferred
- Male candidates.
- Valid motorcycle riding license for customer visits.
