Job Profile:

• Review regulatory returns and submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct compliance audits across various departments and branches, identifying gaps and providing actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with teams to address audit findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
• Stay up-to-updated on regulatory changes and ensure the organization remains compliant with the latest guidelines.
• Compile comprehensive compliance reports for the Board of Directors and its subcommittees.
• Prepare and submit FATCA reports in adherence to applicable guidelines.

Candidate Prerequisites:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, business administration, Commerce from a recognized institution is mandatory.
• A professional qualification in Accounting/Finance, such as ICASL/CIMA
• A Certificate Diploma in Compliance would be a significant advantage
• 2-3 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or a related role, preferably within the banking or financial sector or reputed audit firm.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, specially in Microsoft Excel and Analytical tools such as power BI and familiar with compliance software are an advantage.
• Proficiency in financial and management accounting
• Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Effective communication and report-writing abilities
• Basic Knowledge on the regulatory requirements of banks is an added benefit
