THE CANDIDATE
- Candidates should possess a minimum of six (6) credit passes at the GCE Ordinary Level (O/L) examination.
- Candidates should have obtained at least three (3) passes at the GCE Advanced Level (A/L) examination, excluding English.
- Age between 19 and 24 years.
- Should demonstrate an energetic and enthusiastic personality.
- Must be a team player with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Sinhala or Tamil, with a working knowledge of English, is required.
- Should possess good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Prior call center experience will be considered an added advantage.
- Candidates must reside within the Colombo region
