Executive Officer – Card Operations

Job Profile

Work with Visa, MasterCard, LankaPay, UnionPay & JCB for all card related operational and compliance matters
Day to day card operational activities such as settlements and reconciliation, cardholder dispute handling, card security and risk management functions
Settlements and reconciliation of card transactions including ATMs, POS transactions
Payment card related new product development activities including preparing business requirement documents and user assurance testing

Applicant’s Profile

Be below 32 years of age
3-4 years experience in working in a Bank or a fintech with exposure to retail payment transactions and/ or payment card products and operations
Bachelor’s Degree or MBA from a recognized university in Business Management will be an added advantage
Sound communication skills, inter personal skills and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities
Technically Proficient and should be able to read and understand operational and technical documentation published by regulators and card schemes
