ASSISTANT MANAGER -CORPORATE DIGITAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Commercial Bank is expanding its Digital Banking footprint. We are looking for a customer-centric professional to support the digitalization of our Corporate and SME client base.

JOB PROFILE

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process of corporate clients onto our Digital Banking platforms (Corporate Internet Banking, Bulk Payments, Trade Finance)
Work closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) and Branches to actively promote digital solutions to business
clients.
Act as the primary contact point for troubleshooting, user training, and system demonstrations.
Coordinate with IT and Product teams to ensure smooth implementation of Host-to-Host (H2H) and API solutions.
Track digital usage trends and transaction volumes to identify growth opportunities.

APPLICANT PROFILE

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Management, Finance, or Marketing (UGC Recognized).
2-4 years in Corporate Banking, Digital Banking, or Cash Management operations.
Good understanding of Digital Corporate Channels, Payment Systems, and general tech-savviness.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to conduct training sessions for corporate staff.
Service-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
