Assistant Manager Branding and Events (Fixed Term Contract)

JOB PROFILE

Branding: Manage the branding of new and relocated branches, off-site ATMs/CRMS, ABC units and events. Develop new artwork and carry out seasonal changes to hoardings
Maintenance and Updates : Conduct activities to repair or update damaged branding/visuals and oversee school and off-site hoarding renewals
Proposal Evaluation and Suggestions: Analyze new branding proposals and provide recommendations
Administration and Financial Handling: Manage quotations, invoices and operational and administrative tasks
Event and Activation Branding : Execute branding for bank-sponsored events and activations to maximize visibility

APPLICANT’S PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree or Professional qualification in Marketing/Project Management and/or related
qualifications
Minimum 2-5 years of proven working experience in Banking and/or experience in a similar role
Demonstrates excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with a focus on building and maintaining effective relationships
Drives business excellence through strategic thinking that prioritizes customer needs and ensures long-term value creation
Excels in managing change effectively, fostering innovation, and ensuring sustainability in business processes and practices

Successful candidate will be recruited on Fixed Term Contract (FTC) and will be provided with an attractive remuneration package, commensurate with benchmarked financial institutions.
