Junior Executive – Digital Customer Support and Complaint Handling
We are expanding our Service Management team! If you have a knack for managing customer communications and handling digital requests efficiently, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Manage corporate email communications professionally
- Conduct Video KYC sessions in compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries received through digital platforms (web, mobile apps, social media etc.)
- Handle customer complaints and service requests efficiently using CRM systems
- Ensure timely escalation and follow-up to resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure end-to-end service delivery
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Sinhala.
- Spoken Tamil is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in customer service, email handling or complaint management is preferred
- Familiarity with systems and digital customer interaction tools
- Professional attitude and ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable with using technology for video interactions and digital workflows
- Be below 30 years
