Team Leader
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage a team of Liability Sales to achieve deposit mobilization targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the liability portfolio
- Provide regular training, guidance, and performance reviews to team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal operational guidelines
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in liability sales, with at least 1 year in a team leader role
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Sound knowledge of retail banking products and deposit mobilization strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
