• Assistant Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Sales team to achieve the loan targets by analysing, recommending, and processing
  loan applications within given timelines to grow the asset’s portfolio of the Bank
• Assisting Recovery Department to the recovery targets by overlooking the Retail Overdue portfolio.
• Respond to LRM comments when facility proposals are raised for approval
• Guide the team to ensure compliance of all facility transactions relating to the portfolio in line with the bank’s credit policy
• Process facility Reschedulement / restructure requests forwarded by the customers
• Process debt moratorium requests for approvals of higher authorities

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 10 years of banking experience of which 5 years should be in a credit supervisory
  role
• Full or Part qualification in Banking, Credit Management or International Trade would be an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical skills including the ability to understand and interpret financial statements
• Flair for Marketing with an outgoing personality
• Ability to handle high volumes and works under pressure
• Should be able to perform independently with minimum supervision to meet strict deadlines
