CARD SALES PROMOTION OFFICER – CARD CENTRE
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, approach, and negotiate with potential customers to promote and sell credit cards.
- Achieve sales targets assigned by Management within the stipulated time frame.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
- Deliver product awareness sessions and ensure accurate collection of customer documentation.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and conduct at all times.
Eligibility Criteria
- Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
- Should have passed a minimum of six (06) subjects at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level examination.
- Possess at least one (01) year of experience in sales or marketing with a focus on target-driven activities;
experience in the Banking & Finance sector will be a distinct advantage.
Other Attributes
- Strong Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional sales performance and superior customer service.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and innovative in approach.
- Holding a valid motorcycle driving license will be an added advantage.
Age
Age should be between 21 – 35 years as at closing date of applications.
METHOD OF SELECTION
- Shortlisted applicants based on the stipulated qualifications and experience will be called for an interview.
Conditions of employment
- The period of the contract will be for a one year fixed term. After the expiry of the contract, his/her performance will be evaluated, and the bank will decide to renew the contract / terminate the contract.
- The performance will be evaluated monthly and bi quarterly, and the Bank retains the right to terminate the
contract if required if the performance targets have not been met.
REMUNERATION
The Card Sales Promotion Officer will be provided a monthly fixed allowance of Rs. 65,000/- and payment in
terms of the officially approved People’s Bank Card Sales Incentives Scheme.
