- Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Similar Capacity
- Educational or Professional Qualification in Business/ Credit/ Finance Would be an Added Advantage
- Dynamic & Performance-Driven Personality
- Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills.
RECOVERIES CALL CENTER – COLOMBO REGION
- Prior Experience in customer service or recovery roles preferred.
- Passed G.C.E. A/L
- Strong communication skills in Sinhala, Tamil, or English.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
