Berendina is a group of companies consisting of Berendina Micro Investments Company Limited (BMIC) the first license microfinance company (LMFC) regulated by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, under the Microfinance Act No 06 of 2016 and Berendina Development Services (Gte) Limited (BDS) a leading development organization committed towards alleviating poverty among vulnerable and marginalized communities of rural and plantation areas in Sri Lankaа. Berendina group operates in 13 districts through a network of 38 branch offices.
Intern – Human Resources (Head Office – Nawala)
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Undergraduate in HRM, Business management /Full or partly qualified in Human Resources Management in a recognized institution.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala & English.
- The ability to work in Tamil would be added advantage.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, E-mail & Internet.
- Excellent PR skills with a pleasing personality.
- The internship period will be for 06 months.
