Banking Management Trainee

Education & Experience :

A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University approved by the University Grant Commission of Sri Lanka (UGC) with “Second Upper Class” in the disciplines of Business Administration, Business Management, Accountancy, Marketing. Finance Management, Banking & Finance, Human Resources, B.Com, Business Statistics/Analytics, IT, Business Economics.

Full Qualification in professional disciplines in CASL/CIMA/CIM

Remuneration :

A fixed allowance of LKR 65,000/= will be paid during the first year of the training and it will be increased up to LKR 80,000/= during the second year which is subjected to the EPF/ETF contributions.

All selected candidates should undergo a comprehensive training period of two (02) years which includes both theoretical and practical training sessions on business operations & management along with relevant Job Rotations/ on the Job Trainings.
